NISG is designed to be a thin and flat organization. The organization intends to achieve its goals by leveraging the resources of external consultants and faculty. The core staff of NISG orchestrate the optimum utilization of the resources to provide high quality services to the clients on time. The Public-Private-Partnership model acts as the beacon light in all major initiatives and projects undertaken by NISG.

 NISG has been incorporated as a not-for-profit Company under Section 25 of the Companies Act, at Hyderabad on the 28th of May 2002.
